The £1 million contract to demolish 10 floors involved the highly complex retention of the building façade and bell tower in an extremely busy, congested location, surrounded by shops, local residents, pedestrians and motorists. We worked in close partnership with our client, CIT, members of the professional team and Westminster City Council to deliver the project in a safe, responsible and considerate manner.

The distinctive façade and tower will be integrated into a new, mixed-use office, retail and residential development.
